About the Classes

• A Tailor-Made Experience

  Our classes are designed to help you explore the boundless potential of movement within your own body in connection with others and the environment no matter what your experience is. We offer a variety of pass options so that participants can choose their own festival experience.

• Open Level Classes

  Half of the classes are open to participants of all skill levels to enrich the experience and ensure we stay true to the foundational techniques that keep us safe and healthy. Open-level classes make dance accessible, regardless of experience, & emphasise the journey of self-expression & improvement rather than competition. It’s an excellent way to nurture a love for dance and build a diverse community.

• Advanced Classes

  The classes with Alex & Plotino will be more technically demanding and previous experience with some form of movement (contemporary, acrobatics, capoeira etc.) is advised. Through their classes you will get a step further in your spirals, and in your performing & improvisational techniques.

• Performance Review

  At the end of the seminars on Sunday there will be an hour where all participants can participate in a spontaneous improvisational performance for one hour, from 19.15 to 20.15 on Sunday 3/12 and will be curated by the teachers of the festival.

• Groovin' Pass Project

  The joy of dance, music & the magic of festivals should be more accessible. That’s why we are launching Groovin’ Pass Project.

  We’re offering a free festival pass to an individual who is passionate about movement & the festival experience but face financial constraints. All you need to do is send us through a short motivation letter (no more than an A4 page). Let us know what attending the festival would mean to you.
