Movement I: Efficacy and Ease
With Logan – 2.5h
Discover how movement can be playful, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing all at once. Through acro-dance, floorwork, soft acrobatics, and free-form dance, this class offers tools to move with efficiency and ease—almost as if the body is moving itself. -
Movement II: Interconnectedness & Harmonious Movement
With Logan – 2.5h
Building on the principles of biotensegrity, we explore precision without force and harmony in every action. Using the same playful containers of acro-dance, floorwork, soft acrobatics, and free-form dance, this class deepens the practice of listening within movement, creating flow that feels both connected and expressive.

All theme classes are open level & available to both tracks. Theme classes will be available on a first come, first served basis, and some might be sold-out earlier than others. Play mode in Jazz & Lindy Hop1h JavierLindy Hop - How to fill the void!
Improvisation: the sharpest, highest cliff from which a swing dancer must (I think) jump from. But it does not have to be that way. Maybe we can build a ladder, made of little bits of material we can gather through lessons, experience or spontaneous inspiration.
In this workshop, Javier will share how he gets into “play mode” during dancing, both in the studio and in the dance-floor; how to find patterns to re-use and morph into “new” things (spoiler: nothing is new!).
This class will take place at Friday's party venue. -
Dive into the Unknown2h AlexIn this workshop, we explore dance through exercises that play with different movement qualities, ways of connecting, and interpretation. We’ll create group dynamics to dive into improvisations that open space for exploration, discovery, and play.
We will practice listening to ourselves, to others, and to what is happening around us as a tool for creating.
Through small performance structures, we’ll practice supporting each other, paying attention not only to what we do, but also to why we do it. -
Body Sustainability1h with LuciaIn this class we’ll explore simple and useful ways to take care of the body. With a mix of short theory and practical exercises, you’ll try tools from mobility, strength, and recovery that can help in everyday life. The focus is not on one routine, but on flexible strategies you can adapt to your own needs and lifestyle. The goal is to build more awareness, balance, and resilience — things you can return to and develop over time.
Tip: bring a notebook to write down ideas, reflections, or small routines!
